By accessing BIZVITAL you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The Service

BIZVITAL provides AI-assisted financial diagnostics derived from PDFs you upload. Outputs are informational, not professional financial advice. You're responsible for verifying numbers before acting on them.

Your account

Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your data

You retain ownership of all PDFs and financial data you upload. We process this data to compute diagnostics for you and the colleagues you invite, and store it securely. We don't sell your data.

Acceptable use

Don't upload data you don't have the right to share. Don't try to reverse-engineer the service, abuse rate limits, or use BIZVITAL to harm anyone.

Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided 'as is'. We may update, improve, or interrupt features without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BIZVITAL's total liability for any claim is limited to what you've paid us in the prior 12 months. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post a notice when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
