Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account info (name, email, encrypted password), company profile fields you enter, and the contents of PDFs and edits you submit. We do not collect financial data outside of what you upload.

How we use it

To run the diagnostic engine, push numbers to your structured records, generate reports, and send transactional emails (e.g. password resets). Aggregated, de-identified usage stats may be used to improve the product.

Where it's stored

Account data and financial records are stored in our infrastructure provider (currently Airtable for structured fields). Uploaded PDFs and computed reports are stored encrypted at rest.

Sharing

We share data with sub-processors only as needed to run the service (e.g. our database provider, our AI model provider for diagnostic computation). We don't sell your data and don't share it with advertisers.

Your rights

You can edit your profile, delete any year's record, or request full account deletion via support@askmycfo.in. We'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party tracking cookies.

Security

We follow standard security practices: HTTPS in transit, encrypted storage at rest, principle of least access. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and let us know if anything looks wrong.
